Lol if I can do it you definitely can Theresa! Well done! Did level 2 today and best was 4 rds plus 3 cleans. Found the sit ups slowed me down a lot. Did full push ups for first couple of rounds but they were getting a bit wormy after that so dropped to knees. Really enjoyed getting a refresher course on the power clean today with a brill teacher. 5rds… Was trying to keep up with Edel! Didn’t manage to but she made me go faster at least.
I did deadlifts instead of power-cleans so was able to manage 5 rounds + 3 deadlifts, my sit-ups were showing me up by the last few cycles though.
