65kg for 1rm strict press and 11.49 for the wod. Well done to those would got p.b’s on the strict press in 12.30pm class.

33.5kg for strict press, up 3.5kg from last time. Thanks to everyone for all the roars of encouragement on my last lift, it really helped get the bar up! That’s why I love crossfit sligo! 11:05 for wod. Great start to the weekend! 😀
So… the warmup sucked, I couldn’t improve on my 1RM, and it took me 13:40 to complete the WOD, with me screwing up my counting halfway through, having to do ten burpees at the end. Yet I left with a smile on my face thinking how I’ll do better next time, weird eh?
31kg 1RM strict press gave me a smile on my face and around 8:30 for the wod was flying through the burpees but little bit unsure if I did not lost a count somewhere
Strict press only up by 2.5kg to 52.5 made me wonder what drugs I had taken in a July as I seemed to be able to do a 50kg 3 rep max. Managed WOD in 11:56 (so much for the 9 minutes edel). Thanks Feargal still need to do a lot of practice it though.

45kg for Strict Press…again!! Good to be able to press again though… Metcon in 9:10!!
57.5 1RM. A pb so happy with that. WOD in about 11.35 I think. Long way from 10mins but stuck to 24kg kbs today… progress being made!
85kg strict press, up 5 kg. 7.26 for the workout. Good to be back in the swing of things here again. Well done 12.30 class
