Did 15.4 this morning before Cindy. Got 52 Reps for 15.4 which I’m delighted with as 30kg was pretty much my 1RM.
Got 15 rounds 5 press ups for Cindy, compared to 15 rounds 5 pull ups last Sept. 2 WOD’s in 1 morning. It’s good to be back!
10 rounds 4 pulls up. Rx’d this one. Found the pulls up tough cause I ripped my palms in about round 5 so couldnt grip the bar proper!! Will be good to redo this again in a couple of months and see the difference when Im better at doing pull ups!
Did the 15.4 today, scaled in case you don’t know me!! 77 reps. Thanks to Edel who nearly lost her voice roaring me on. Was aiming for 76+ so very happy…
Managed 15rds & 2 Press ups , pleased that all press ups were strict and not on knees like last time. Niall assured me that jumping pull ups were also harder that the ring rows I did when last sweated through Cindy – gotta love that girl !!
Last year I did 18 rounds + 3 push ups, with ring rows and push ups on my knees.. This time round, 19 rounds + 2 squats using the rings again. I did some push ups on my knees and some not. Its always good to see progress, it’s great motivation 🙂
17 + 5 pull ups scaled. My push ups just painstakingly slow. Did 2 rounds strict and unbroken. Went on my knees for round three and then started breaking them up into sets of 5-3-2 by the end I did 5-2-1-1-1 and each one seemed to take an eternity.
Looking forward to improve the s***t out of this one.
8 rounds plus 7 push-ups. Tried this one Rx, let’s just say I’m glad I wasn’t been judged despite no-repping myself a few times.
Just for reference, we did this before on 15-9-14 http://www.crossfitsligo.ie/?p=1631 I did 19+8 scaled back then. At least I could rest today!
I was going to look for last year’s wod results, but thanks Feargal, you got it!!! 🙂 Last year I got 20 reps and this year 19…. hmmm :/

17 rounds and 4 pushs. Beat my last score by 2 rounds so very happy! Great to have a score to compare it to. Need to post my scores more! 😛
