7 full rounds, plus 6 KBS (20kg) , with the Push press at 40kg. Hard work after yesterday’s WOD, and also managed a rather impressive ‘sweat angel’ ( yuck!!)
9 rounds & 6kb swings @ 30kg push press & 16kg kb. Glad tomorrow is a rest day!!
