Didn’t do hang power snatch as shoulders were a wee bit achy again. Did 25.5kg hang power cleans instead. WOD time was 32:07. Hardest one yet but loved it all the same. And got three double unders in a row today whoop whoop!!
31.48. Sorry I missed Edel in action. That was a tough one for sure. Edel was most kind in assuring us of how tough it was before The beginning. The dread was as bad as the workout and I’m pretty sure I was purple after! Need a running strategy. I’m onto Bernadette’s tactics from now on for that.
31.38 scaled box steps. Loving the HPS, did 23kg maybe could have gone a bit more….or I could just be thinking that now I’m sat safely on my couch 🙂 the running seemed to last forever.
Hopefully see you all tomorrow depending on how knackered I am in the morning!
30kg for the HPS, felt like I was doing them reasonably well. Getting comfortable with the box jumps bit the push ups are killing me. Completed it in 36:17
WOD completed in 28:13 with 25kg for HPS…. Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but I’m glad it’s over…. 🙂

Great class, though one, happy with getting the technique right for the HPS’s. Box jumps before a run…loved it!!! WOD completed in 31.38.

Got lucky to be sat on the couch, I haven’t been able to get off the foam roller tonight.

35kg Hang Power Snatch.. had to drop it a bit for the last round for a sore shoulder.. i must say i do hate running.. but i finished in 36min
