20.11 with 30kg for c&j. Those wall balls were tough.
WOD 16.57 27.5kg C&J with ring rows & box dips
29:59 at 50kg. The wall balls were just nasty.

Not fully sure of my time, I think it was around 25 minutes. Did 25kg C&J and ring rows and box dips. Wall balls are the devil!!!!!!!

18.19 30kg c&j no muscle ups obviously! But maybe eventually some day.
