43.20 for Kelly. Tough workout but enjoyable and glad to have done my first tuesday wod in over 6 weeks. Thought about scaling to 14kg ball after 1st round but stuck with the 20kg throughout. Glad now. Rx is best!!!
45:01 with the 14lb ball.. Airballed twice on the first ten wall balls and started to quietly freak out, got it together after that tho 🙂 No DUs today.
45.08 for Kelly but first RX’ed WOD . 150 wall balls @ 20 and 150 box jumps @ 24 never thought I would be able to do these when started crossfit. Exhausted but big smile on my face !
44:22 Rx, if you count my hobbling attempt at running after the first round as prescribed – I think I may need a hip transplant. Wall balls were tough, but found technique improved as I went along, just wish I was able to breathe. Already want to take another crack at it!

33:54 for the WOD rx’d with the 20lb ball. Did kelly in open gym 2 weeks ago in 36:10 so happy to see the holiday didnt take its toll
