Had a great day today, 120kg for my 5RM which used to be my 1RM. Push-ups were inconsistent, just managed 75, so a quick time of 12:02. Didn’t mind though as afterwards I managed 3 pull-ups so I can finally start week one of the pull-up program – only took six months!
Got 65kg (i think!!) for the sumo deadlift 5RM
WOD: 15:57 with 90 Push-Ups on the knees and 60kg deadlifts.

80kg for sumo, up 10kg from my 3rm in March. Delighted with that 😀
87 proper push ups, probably a bit wormy but at least they weren’t on my knees. Good day to day. Nice start to the weekend 😀

115kg for 5 rep max 13.33 for wod did 75 push UPS from toes good day all round BOOM
WOD 13.45 55kg dead lift 127 push up on knees. 65kg 5 rep max we ran out of time!! Have a great weekend everyone

Got 47.5kg for Sumo Deadlifts 5RM.
WOD: 12:43 with 97 push-ups on knees & 35kg Deadlifts.
Not a bad workout 🙂
Sumo deadlift increased by 10kg to 95kg – one day I may get over the century. Completed WOD in 12:43 with 87 push ups.
First time to try Sumos- 57.5kg for 5RM

77.5kg sumo today. 12.24 WOD with 53 HSPU. Good crack today. Enjoyed that a lot. More rests in WODS PLEASE. Loving that!
