60kg for 10rm squat but only got to 62 air squats in the 20mins. Tough day.
40 kg + 19.20. First day back after 2 weeks with flu…torture!
Yeah if I ask Tesco now about December days off it might be acceptable. Will be nice to see everyone in their party outfits π
I cant remember my 10RM!! Any chance Cameron does from 6:45 this morning (that’s what the early mornings do. Need coffee to wake properly). I know it was more than 35 (2x10s) but cant remember what else was on my bar. I managed “Angie” in 19.50

So good to be back after more than 2 weeks off!! Dare I say I really enjoyed tonight!! Happy hormones are back:-) 50kg for 10RM, WOD in 17.25. Can’t wait for Xmas party….I’ll be there with bells on!!!
35kg for front squat 10RM and 17.47 for WOD. I thought I would never get through them 100 push ups… Triceps were really burning.
65kg 10rm, only managed to get to 15 squats in 20 mins, pull ups were killer. Count me in for crossmass party. Ho ho ho.
90kg 10rm front squat and 18.55 rx for the workout.
Got 55kg for the 10 rep max and got to 97 push ups in the WOD, twas a tough one today π
80kg for 10RM front squat. DNF WOD did 100 pull ups 100 push ups and half a sit up. Took over 11 minutes to do the 100 pull ups, seriously need to figure out the art of kipping. π
32.5kg for 10 RM Front Squat & a very slow 19mins for WOD. Now trying to figure out how I can drive tmrw without use of my arms!! Press ups killed me altogether!!

Did this yesterday, did 66kg for the 10 rep max. Did “Angie” with ring-rows, got as far as 59 squats before the timecap, not even Cameron’s playlist could get me over the line.
