3 rounds plus 46 single-unders, seemed like it would never end. Used 24kg again for KBS, they really sucked as did the ring rows. Went with 80kg for deadlifts was probably a bit light but it didn’t feel it! The great thing about Crossfit is I’ll probably never ever have to do that one again.
4 Rounds 3 KBS really struggled with flat back for deadlifts need to work on that!! but have to agree it was ok for a Tuesday

3 rounds and 20 ring rows!! Struggled with KBS so scaled to Russian in 2nd round 🙁 Day 2 being back and I’m still alive just about 😀 Well done guys!!! Edel you are my IDOL 😀

4 rounds&40kbs… deadlift 45kg…was pretty happy with that!! Not so happy with the fact I feel like I’m still carrying the weights around

3 rounds and 50 singles i think, 100kg Deadlift 20kg kbs and pullups. hands not so happy about that but liked this Tuesday WOD for a change.. Deadlift has definitely improved 🙂

Tonight was deff a lot better than last night 🙂 I surprised myself and got 4 rounds & 20KBS (American) 🙂
