I feckin hate strict press!!! 5RM max was a shaky 25kg!! Stayed with the 25kg for the WOD and completed it in 6:08 scaled T2B to high knees.
Also would anyone have any idea when I should expect my soar ass to get back to normal after Mondays lunges??!! 😛 😉
37.5kg 5RM, tried 40 but only made it to 4. Finished the WOD in 6:31 with 40kg, and a mix of toes-to-bar and high knees. Missed Monday’s class so looking forward to doing it tomorrow, and to having a sore ass all weekend.

Got to join the 7pm crew tonight for the metcon which was great, it’s been a while since I have done that.
25kg for strict.. Disappointing but better than nothing!!! Feeling weak today!! 6.26 for WOD with 27.5kg and high knees! Still loving being back!!! Ciara you practically had that 30!! so proud of you 😀 well done all!!! 🙂
60kg for 5RM and 60kg with high knees for WOD, very happy with that, drugs working again.

Cameron you were struggling a bit with the 70kg, NOT, you fairly belted out that WOD, and with a cold, scary stuff, well done, good to see you joining in on the WOD.
20kg for strict press. Wod in 6:45 with 18kg, which felt easy. I should have kept the 20 kg, it didn’t click with me that the push press is “easier”! Oh well, next time!
Managed 105kg for my strict press, delighted as that’s 7.5kg up.. got wod done In 4.26 with 80 kg, shouldve listened to cam n went heavier. Happy with that though..
35kg for strict. 20:30something for wod. So glad I’ve gotten to know such a lovely bunch of people over the year thanks to Edel and Cam choosing Sligo as their new home. All your hard work is greatly appreciated Edel and Cam and I’m not sure what life would be like now without crossfit sligo! Have a great Christmas everyone. X

30KG 5RM High knees in wod with 30kg on the bar. Bout 6.30 I think
Disappointed with my strict press this morning. Only managed 15.5kg.
Used the same weight in the WOD and finished in 7:09!
27.5kg for 5rm. 4 and a half reps at 30kg twice!!!!! Sorry Edel for not listening to you and doing 28.5. Oh well new 4rm!
5:37 I think for wod with 30kg on bar. Push press still very challenging for me and high knees were not very high!
50 for the strict press. Kept 50 for WOD, 7.58 wit knees to elbows nearly!!!
