Had to scale today. Did 500m on airdyne, box step ups instead of squats. 50 reps. Hrpu torture after airdyne!!!!
A delightful 84 reps for this WOD – can’t wait for the masters throwdown at the end of month – so I can have heart attack in front of strangers!
