102.5kg 3RM Push Jerk. 13 and 10 Box Jumps. It gets tough very quickly. Well done 12.30 crew

11 on the WOD… wrong score on the board, and should had kept going after that, will have to try that again! :/

42.5kg for 3rm push jerk. Up 5kg from last time :-). Got 14 hpc and 6 step ups instead of box jumps. Tough WOD but great.

I got 37.5kg for my 3RM and I used 25kg for the WOD and completed 11 HPC and 5 box jumps.
Well done to edel also during the 7pm class, some serious weight being lifted… Some day maybe I’ll get there!!!!!!

I’m back! First WOD successfully completed without puking after a month off! 47.5kg for 3rm and 11 Rds 3 box jumps for WOD!
Managed 90 for the 3rm and 9 rounds n 6 cleans for the wod started on box jumps first
Did today in open gym managed 7 rounds of HPCs & box jumps, plus 8 HPCs – pleased as HPCs at 50kg
