Good WOD today, good start to the wkd, got 2 full rounds and 10 deadlifts with 70kg.
One of the hardest workout this week! Got 2 rounds + 9 burpees! Used 55kg for deadlift.
Even after watching Theresa’s Motivational video last night, I managed to sleep-in and miss a morning class for the first time. But I did get into the 12:30 class. 3 rounds for WOD plus 6 burpees with 55kg deadlift. Good luck to the competitors tomorrow.

I got 3 round & 17 burpees with 55kgs I could not manage to jump across the bar it was a pathetic step over but I got there!

Found that WOD tough, I got 3 full rounds done and 1 dead lift with 50kg for the deadlift and scaled to high knees
3 rds 22 burpees. 55on the bar. Collapsed at the end. Yuk

Tough one today. 2 rounds and 11 k2e, 85kg for deadlifts.
3 rds 7 burpees for wod scaled to rower instead of deadlift.(tight back) but on the up side managed to get muscle ups. Great way to start weekend. 🙂 🙂 🙂
