That was a tough one, even for a Tuesday. 3 rounds plus 5 ring rows with 35kg for the snatches. Declan, I expect you got about ten rounds done with those over-the-box jumps of yours!
Was very tough but enjoyable. 3 rds and 20 ps with 25.5kg on bar. Was thrilled because I thought I only had 22.5kg on bar and my max is only 26kg! Thanks a mill Johnny for helping me through the last set of snatches!
2 rounds 20 power snatches, Feargal the first 12 were ok then I blew up and struggled through the rest of them but was wrecked by the time I got to the 40 pull ups
2 sets and 38 pus with 30 kg snatch.. tough and sweaty!

Now I remember why I don’t usually do Tuesday’s!! 3 full rounds and 4 power snatch with 27.5kg on the bar. Burpees really suck the life outta Ya!!!

Note to self do not go back to Crossfit after a week off on a Tuesday!! Tough one! 3 rounds and 11 burpees over box with 23.5kg on the bar.
