5 rounds + 13 wall balls. First time doing American KBS with 16kg, so happy with that.
7 rounds and 4 ring rows. 14lb wall ball and 16kg kettle bell.
Didn’t manage 6 rounds , only doing 5 rds plus 10 wall balls – but all done as prescribed including the 5 pull ups , so still happy

My enjoyable night of inebriation on Saturday night came back to bite me hard in the ass tonight.
A long painful 20 minutes, I actually felt like I had a hangover after the 20 mins
7 rounds and 5 ring pulls, (did 1st set up pull ups) but had zero energy for the 2nd round.
I think I will just go to bed now, good night!!!
This morning I did 5 rounds and 5 pullups
Ring rows not actual pull ups of course (some day…..)
7 rounds 10KBS with 14lb ball & 16kg kettle bell. Even got time to practice double unders…some day!!
7rds and 4pullups. Goblet squats instead of wallballs but first squat wod in a while so happy out.

Wrecked after than one, 8rd and 10wall ball.
6 and 3 wall balls… 14lb ball.. 16kg kb American… Tough tough tough…. Looking forward to my few hours sleep now!!!!! Wonder will I ever get them double unders.. Need to try practise a lot more… At everything!!!!!!! :-/ 😀
