2 + 2 DL; 2 + 11BJ; 60. Was not feeling it today!
5and4 power snatch, 4dead and 63burpees :'( feeling sore but good
Can’t remember the first two parts but I remember the 45 burpees..
3+4 snatch, 3+14 Box jumps and 72 burpees to top it off.. Enjoyed that one!

7 rounds for the first AMRAP with 35kg on the bar. IM STILL too wobbly on the OHS for 40kg. Form before weight!
3 rounds plus 4 dips for the second AMRAP. First time doing all DU. Box jumps After DU never felt so hard.
Finished off with 53 burpees.
