That was the toughest one I’ve done for a long time, took me 18:58 to get through it, I think I may have blown my shot at the regionals. I broke the first set up 9-9-9 but think I would have been better doing 7-7-7-6 or something. The second round is the toughest to get through, I ended up breaking it up into sets of three. Well done everybody this morning, rough way to start the day, the rest of ye, well, enjoy your thrusters!

Had to scale this one as 27kg is the heaviest I’ve used in thrusters for a WOD. Thanks to Cam I got it done in 14:47 which I’m delighted with. Maybe next yr I’ll complete it as prescribed. Good luck folks.
That was a tough one even as scaled. The rower part was a lot harder than it looked, I think I done it in 12:42.

Did scaled, first time rowing.. man its harder than I thought it would be and 27 calories is way more rows than I thought haha! I was aiming for under 15minutes.. got 14:59 🙂 happy out!

Did WOD RX in 19.59 – what a killer! Really thought I was gonna puke doing this one!!
Got to do it scaled though I would have liked to try Rx. Maybe I’ll try again on Monday. Got it done in 10:16. Happy with it but under 10:00 would have been nice. So close..
19.42 for the WOD RX,ed it was every bit as hard as it looked, technique focused on high elbows, trust the hips up and where is the green bucket !!!!!! Well done all 🙂
Re-did it Rx in 14:20 today. Very happy I did it although I was more scared of the workout then the first time around.
Done this one today to complete the open got 11.59 scaled..I thought the rowing was going to be the rest!!! Silly me
