Push press 1 Rm 45kg a new pb 🙂
WOD in 6.05 with 40kg on the bar and high knees
35kg for push press, up 10kg. Delighted to finally make an improvement with the push press. 6:09 for WOD with 30kg on the bar & high knees.
New push press Pb up 5kg to 45. Happy out. Wod with 38kg in 7.18. Should have used 40kg.
Great craic watching Cain and Cam racing on their hands. Keep practising Cain lol.
Forgot to say well done to Aisling on 1rm push press. Great work!
Push press 70kg , WOD completed in 7.29 with high knees and 55kg for power cleans.
1RM of 70kg, happy with that. Completed WOD in 9:41 using 55kg and doing some toes to bar each round before scaling, managed 20 of them in total.
No improvement in my push press maintained my 40kgs failed 42.5 then out of time
WOD 5.14 with 35kgs and high knees nice quick one this eve 😉
1rm push press of 47kg.. Don’t think I did a previous 1rm.. Delighted with that! Wod in 7:29 I think, with 35kg.. Need to work on my grip! Ouch!

After a disappointing no-improvement in my Backsquats I was happy to hit a new PB for the push press: 70kg. YAY!
Finished the WOD in 6:31 with high knees and 50kg on the bar.
75kg the 1RM , push press up 5kg new PB. Did WOD in 7.17 with 60kg and started with TTB and scaled back after good advise from Cameron it looks Easy but started to burn out after 10 reps but very happy with results well done all their.
75 1rpm push press happy at that have been really tiered lately.didn’t think i would get close to my last max 72.5. Thanks for the encouragement at the class. 8 min for wod 55kg on bar a few t2b then high knees. 🙂
