Completed 10 rounds plus 1 clean, doing full cleans with 50kg, and press-ups instead of HSPU. Standing up out of the squat was harder than normal after yesterday, think we need to do away with bank holidays. 46.5 2RM on the strict press, just a smidgeen under my current 1RM.
First day back after over a week off because of a silly chest infection!!
30kg 2RM really happy as my 1RM is 30kg. Used 30kg for the workout and got 10 rounds + 9 squat cleans.
35kg for strict. Delighted with that as it’s the same as my 1rm. Got up 10 squat cleans and 10 push ups in wod. Used 35kg, which I found very heavy to stand up out of but happy I stuck with it.
Up 4kg on what my 1rm was for strict press but it was only low so let’s not talk about that part. Had to do power cleans @30kg for WOD as me and squats just aint bonding once step away from front and back squats,…def feel a skills session Thursday coming on so can work on it. Tink I will need alot more than 1 Thursday dough

55KG for my 2RM. 10RDs + 1 Squat Clean with 45kg on the bar.
I had 47.5 for the 2rm. SP, and got to the 10 reps flat with the 60kg then me legs gave in, but have to say it was a enjoyable WOD 🙂

I got 34kg for the 2RM strict press. Did squat cleans and push ups, 30kg on the bar and got 10 rounds and 12 squat cleans! That was an enjoyable WOD

2rm was 33.5kg and WOD was 10 complete and 9cleans with 35kg on the bar and push ups
