Got the workout completed in 12:20 with 45kg push press and 24kg KBS.
So 50kg for strength, WOD in 12:37 with 45kg push press 24kg kb and mix of bj and step ups, was a tough one
32kg for strength.
Wod in 9:33 with 30kg on bar and 16kg kbs. Gassy but good.
Used 32kg for Strength which is a bit more than 95% thanks to Fiona.
I did the WOD Rx so Im feeling pretty chuffed with myself today.
Got to see the puppy a bit after the WOD which made my day!!!!
