I did WOD in 10.05 with jumping pullups
55kg for complex. Very happy with that as it’s 5kg more than my previous 1rm OHS. Wow in 8.32 with jumping p ullups. Good luck Cam and Edel at the weekend competition.

Worked up to 45kg for the complex which I was delighted with, matched my 1RM for the OHS. Good WOD, enjoyed the rowing but was gassed afterwards, took 9:14 in the end. Was a good week, best of luck to Cameron and Edel.
37.5kg for strength. Very close to getting the 40kg but couldn’t make it up out of the OHS. Would loved to have given it another try but time ran out.
WOD in 12.25.
32.5 for complex.
