15 handstand push-ups

18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
21 handstand push-ups
9 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.

Got 130kg for the 3RM Deadlift. 130 was my previous 1RM so delighted with that!
Got 62 reps for the WOD doing push press @ 50kg instead of the handstand push-ups. That equates to the round with 15 push press & 2 cleans.
Previous 1RM of 95kg is now my 3RM. Did 66reps with 30kg for push press & cleans. Happy friday
115 for 3rm. 76 reps for Wod with hspu and 60kg cleans.
145kg for. 3 rep max, WOD, 53 @ 50kg
120kg for my 3RM deadlift (which was my previous 1RM)
65 reps for the WOD, doing 40kg push press and cleans
145kg for 3rm. Managed 72 reps for wod with 60kg push press.
160kg for the 3RM…(just 5kg off my 1RM)
Metcon:75reps with 50kg push press & cleans!!!
130kg 3RM which matches my 3RM from just over a year ago. Happy to have done that as I’ve done so little heavy lifting in the last six months, it’ll be up next time. Did 81 reps plus a few no-rep push jerks with 40kg on the bar, enjoyed it today.
145kg for 3rep max, which is my old 1rm. Tried 150kg but only got one, so that’s a new 1rm as well 🙂
