How it works :
1 athlete performs 25 Wallball
1 athlete performs metres on the rower
1 athlete performs 15 BBJO
Once the WB+metres+BBJO are complete all 3 athletes can share bike cals then repeat every 4 mins swapping stations each time until cals on bike are complete
