Last time we did this was last year the day after Paddy’s day. This should be known as the punishment WOD!!!
This is my first wod in more than a month…do you want to kill me?
Well, that was horrible, as expected. I was two entire seconds slower than last year, 35:29, although in fairness last time I would have been scaling most of the movements and weights. Still had to do single unders though, hopefully next time will be able to Rx the entire monstrosity, and improve my time.
That was awful!!! 27:46 – slower than last year! but Rx’d all the movements bar the k2e, compared with 8lb wall ball to lower target, Russian swings with 12kg, step ups and 14kg push press last year. So I’m happy enough.
I have gotten out of the habit of posting my score so I’m offically starting again tonight!!! 😉 Completed Filthy Fifty in 24.40 but I have to say I enjoyed it even if I thought the wall balls were going to kill me! 🙂
Good god that was hard , managed to complete a whole 53 seconds faster than last year ( 31:29 , last time 32:26). Managed to Rx all parts apart from K2E (High knees) and DUs. Who knows what another 12 months might do !!!
Annie Thorsditter does this in 15.07 minutes so I guess my time being double that (well a bit more) is actually not too bad lol. I got 34.19. I do feel I should have been faster and more accurate (esp with wall ball as Cam kept pointing out) But hey! easter eggs happen!!!! Onwards and upwards!!!
Enjoyed that one. 25:20 scaled to 20kg kettle bell, high knees and singles. Legs were too slow for DU after all those burpees. Should have taken a minute and go for DU. I’m such a chicken! 😉
26.56 rx’d everything apart from knees to elbows, got 10 of them but had to scale after that. Compared to last year i was 20secs slower but only used 8kg ball and 12kg kettlebell and step ups and single jumps last year, so happy to see the progress 🙂
Not a great way to start a week but managed to complete in 23:36. Hate them wall balls!
