70kg for 5RM 25/6 reps at 50kg (70%) and i think it was 12.24 or 12.34 for the WOD at 50kg, found the weight hard all the same but according to laurna thats the first time i rx’d a workout 🙂
Got 62.5kg for 5RM, managed 31 noisy reps at 42.5kg. Used 40kg for the workout, was tough going for 14:53 but enjoyed it nevertheless. Felt the last three days all over, happy for the rest tomorrow.
67.5kg for 5 rm floor press, 20 for max rep at 47.5kg and 13.56 for wod with 50kg. Good wod and good crew in the 6.45am class.
80kg on the 5 rep max with 24 reps at 70%.
8.38 on the WOD at 50kg.
40.5 for the 5rm on floor press. 10.38 for WOD with 30kg and got 23 floor press at 70%
45kg for 5rm, and 24 reps @ 70%. 10.43 for WOD with 35kg.
33.5kg 5rm. 15 reps at 70%. Wod in 9:37 with 23kg
