Think Sheila was right. The legs aren’t working after yesterday’s squats! Thought I might attempt my first wod with double unders but to my dismay I could barely string singles together lol! Anyway, enjoyed the wod. Did Cleans instead of snatches. 9 rds plus 2 K2E
8 rounds and 40 singles. Did 2 rounds of high knees and 6 floor toes to bar, push ups and 40kg power snatch. They got tough in the last couple of rounds. Good workout.
Good day today, happy with the progress on the handstands. Did 8 rounds plus 8 high knees in the wod, struggled with 40kg for the power snatches so dropped to 30 kg after round 2.

Enjoyed the WOD even if it ripped the callouses off my hands, managed 8 full rounds and 5 box handstand press ups. 🙂

7rds and 5 k2e. Great WOD
9 rounds with 2ktb… Used 22.5kg and done press ups rather than hspu! Hard but good!!!! Managed a couple of handstands tho!!! See ye thurs 😀
