Thank god I only weigh 35kg!!! It would have been tough otherwise!!!
I worked up to 85 so my 1RM is now my 3RM which Im quite happy about and I used 70 in the workout but I have not idea what my time was!!!
WOD 7.17 and €80 for the deadlift.
That was an expensive deadlift Vilma!!! 😛

Worked up to 75kg for deadlift, it was very ugly but I got it! Delighted because that was my 1RM. Got the WOD done in 7:20.
Worked up to 85 for deadlift and WOD was 6.28 with 70kg on the bar

7.31 with 60kgs for Wod
110kg for deadlift (3RM) and 7.28 for the WOD with 80kg on bar
Worked up to 105kg for the deadlift. Completed the WOD in 6.11 with 80kg on the bar. Happy weekend everyone.
140kg for the last 3reps which is also 20kg up from my previous 1 rep max.
Did the WOD in 6:06 with 100kg on the bar.
WOD was short but deadly. Loved it.
Worked up to a heavy 3 of 135kg… WOD in 4:56 with 100kg on the bar…!!
75kg WOD 6.55 need to find a bit of grit. Serious plateau going on:(

Worked up to 90kg for 3 rep deadlift and done the WOD in 6:18 with 65kg on the bar
85kg for deadlift, 2.5kg heavier than my 1rm. Used 70kg in wod and finished in 6:46.
