Got quite cross today as failed on my last rep of the 5 rounds. Found it tough but buzzing after.
Did it in about 17 mins. Got to 28.5 kg. Actually thought my 5RM with the push press last week was 33kg but it was 30kg!! So that maybe why I was struggling. Found the back push press way harder than the front. Also kept forgetting to put bar behind me and back to the front again when push presses were over, so made it hard for myself doing the extra lift.
Great fun, great workout gonna be sore tomorrow!!
Did a negative with no band. Getting stronger 🙂
WOD went from 18kg in round 1 to 30.5kg for round 5, think I got it just right as really had to push on the last rep.
Finished WOD in 10:15 with 33kg. See you bright and early!
I did the same as Tricia and failed on the last rep of the 5 sets with 65kg. Couldn’t have done anymore so happy with that. Great workout 🙂

Did 5 rounds with 25kg in 7.45. It was too light so went up to 27.5kg in 10.20 which was my 3 rep max last week, so was very happy that. Very weak with the push press but I’m getting there!!!!
Did WOD in 11.30 with 28kg find the back ones very hard on the wrists
Got through it in 13:40 with 45kg, failed on final set of push press with 50kg in the 5th round.. Technique has improved on all lifts so happy with that!!
Forgot to say, did the five rounds ending with 35kg, might have been a bit more in me, but not much.
Managed to complete all 5 rounds ending on 40kg in 14 minutes., pleased with efforts , and improving in my negative pull ups. This crossfit thing could be working .
