Did the running WOD since I was a good boy. Finished in 30:25, but rested for 40 seconds too many after first round, need to work on that mental agility!

Did the “punishment” wod with singles, 32:06.
Did the cherry pickers wod today in 40.05. I had to do 100 lunges instead of double unders and the airdyne instead of running. Please excuse the foul language that came out of my mouth as I desperately tried to get the last few lunges under the 40 mins. I swear I wasn’t trying to beat my hubby but thank you Feargal for informing me you beat me by 3 seconds 😀
Tuesdays WOD completed in 37:55 with 35kg for snatch/clean. Killer but glad I did it – crossfit is turning me into a sadist !!!
Got Tuesdays WOD done in 40.15 with 23kg on the bar. Such a tough workout, honestly didn’t know whether I was going to faint, puke or die there at one point!! Thanks to Edel for your encouragement during the burpee box jumps 🙂
