had to drop 20kg below standard for the power snatch and still missed the finish by 6 power snatch and 9 double unders. that was crossfit insanity. well done to everyone who even attempted it.
30.35 with 25kg buy in but dropped to 20kg for cash out. Paid for every one of my weekend sins with that WOD.

40kg buy in and 30kg cash out… Tough 1 but a class workout
32:24. 25.5kg for buy-in and a teeny 15.5kg for cash-out, but happy out my shoulder was co-operating and finally got to do power snatch in a wod. Yay!!!
WOD 30.35 but had to drop from 25kg to 20kg for the cash in. Not an easy one!
DNF a few skips away from completing it. 60kg for the cash in, had to lower it to 40kg for cash out.
Certainly the toughest one I’ve attempted yet. Onwards and upwards everyone!
That was tough, used 40kg for the cash-in, was running low on time so went for 30kg for the cash-out, still didn’t finish in time. Was a bit disappointed as I was actually looking forward to the snatches.
