5 mins something for WOD. Had to scale it with box step ups. Lol can’t believe I’m finally not afraid of the box but not allowed to jump because of an injured leg!! 20kg Russian KBS. Will try American next time.
An amazing 25KG for 1RM, should have been 30 …. next time! 16KG Russian cos I am weak – did it in 8.53 I think – almost died! On the plus side, I managed 5 negative pull ups without the elastic. 🙂
Louise your a beast not weak I did 40kg for 1RM did WOD in 8.05 delighted with myself my box got a bit bigger this time and did all jumps no steps 20kg KB Russian
37.5kg for 1RPM, did the workout in 7.40 used the 24kg kettle bell but did Russian swings. was so excited that my two favorite exercisers of box jumps and burpees were combined!!! Legs will feel it tomorrow 🙂
Didn’t feel I was on form during the 1RM, got 60kg in the end but felt that was the only rep I had good technique with, will do better next time. Enjoyed the WOD, did it in 9:29, did American 20kg KBs, can’t believe how much my burpee box jump has improved on the last month.

Hi guys shannon was luking come up with me and do the 7 to 8 class is dat ok.
That’s no problem.
I did 75kg and then did the wod rx for 8.56min. That kettle bell was a tad heavy, not sure how many of the last few reps I got overhead.
47.5kg for 1RM. Finished WOD in 5:38, 20kg KBS’s.. Did Russians, should have done American swings…

67.5 for 1RM did WOD in 6.29 arms are still shaking but enjoyed it.
Got 60kg 1RM.. WOD in 7:06 with 24kg Americans!! Burpee Box Jumps are a different breed, Great Workout!!
