Strict Press 24KG which is 3.5KG more than I could last time so that’ll do nicely. Used 20KG for WOD – completed in 10mins 15. Great workout but think my arms will ache tomorrow though.
Managed to increase my strict press from 42 to 45kg, and completed WOD in 12.30, although did have to scale down to 30kg after first round – I may be developing a little bit of muscle somewhere ???

25kg strict press, improved from 22.5 last time. I jumped straight to 27.5 and could only do 1 rep. Shoulda tried 26kg 🙂
Level 3 workout in 10.21. Weight was light enough but think my form in push jerks needs some work.

27.5kg for the strict press. WOD in 10mins ?? secs (forgot already) did 30kg for the first to rounds but dropped to 25kg for last 3 as was going to fail on the push jerks, arms and hands are wrecked. All good tho 🙂
28kg for Strict Press. Managed the workout in 11 mins 19 with 25kg level 2 1/2 as Cameron would say !! The hang power cleans were really tough !!! Im sore all over !!!
Tough day yesterday, pushed my Strict Press 2RM up to 42.5kg from 38.5 so I’m happy with that. I did level 3 but failed to finish inside the 15 mins, probably should had scaled down further to 30/35kg as I DNF. I really need to work on those making those power clean movements natural, I’m completely overthinking them.
32.5kg for strict press.. And did the WOD with 30kg (level 2) completed in 8:32. Fun but tough on the arms….

75kg for strict press, 12.06 for workout, level 1. Power cleans got very tough. Really good workout though.
And good atmosphere in d 12.30 class too, makes a difference. Well done all.

Strict press 35kg. WOD level 2 (30kg), 9.41. Those hang power cleans are soooo tough!!!
45kg on Strict.. WOD in 10:31 with 40kg.. Forearms were numb after that!!
