I didn’t post earlier as my arms couldn’t open the laptop. Time was something like 24:29, did a few rope climbs during practice but once the clock started all I could manage was a single trip, after that it was scale-city. Really have to work on my grip, it’s a real weakness of mine.
A gruelling 20.38! Scaled the workout to the hilt. Started off with handstand push ups with one mat but had to scale to 4 hspu & 8 hrpu! Rope climbs got hard very fast too, did 2 rope climbs & 2 from the floor! Exhausted now! 🙂
29:15 ropy rope climbs u til I couldn’t hang on the rope anymore. Went scaled after. Hrpu but at least I got the DU – with initial problems that got better once I was too exhausted to care.
Not a good time but I did my first rope climbs ever! And now I got a nasty rope burn because I only wore shorts. I didn’t anticipate actually doing climbs for the WOD.

21:30 did rope climbs for the first two and half of the third round, they got tough quickly!!

scaled to 2 rope climbs to top of wall height and 2 from the floor. 16 hrpu’s. Finished in 23.48 I think.
