150kg 3RM Sumo Deadlift, up as far as 3 box jumps on the 4th rd for workout(118 reps). Last couple of mins are tough, scrambling to get as many reps as possible.
A day of personal bests for spaghetti arms – finally mastered the 20″ box jumps and lifted a massive (for me) 55KG sumo deadlift. WOD level 3 – 2 rounds and 16 DLs. Found it tough lifting 40KG repetitively…..but nevermind that, let’s focus on the 20″ box jumps – hooray 🙂

85kg for 3RM.. 3 Rds, 24 DL’s for WOD, 114 reps… Agree with Sean, those last 24 reps were a killer….

85kg sumo deadlift and managed 4 rounds plus 13 deadlifts on the WOD at level 3 – enjoyed WOD even with those ‘banana deadlifts’.
190kg sumo and 2 1/2 rounds before back siezed :-/
