4:40 for the run, used 30kg for the power snatches, starting to tire at the end a little. Don’t tell anybody, but I’m starting to like box jumps… must be delirium setting in.

I think you should start using a 30″ box. See how you like them then:-D
Run in 5mins, tough workout but feelin great after it!! It was a warm eve in the box 😀
