1000m run 12.20 kept in with the mins bam bam b Baaaaaaam what a workout
5.11 for 1,000 metres, a tough run after nasty 20 min WOD.
Happy to have it done now I actually enjoyed it.
There will be pain in legs tomorrow, or maybe it has already begun !!!!!
4:40 for the run, used 30kg for the power snatches, starting to tire at the end a little. Don’t tell anybody, but I’m starting to like box jumps… must be delirium setting in.
I think you should start using a 30″ box. See how you like them then:-D
Run in 5mins, tough workout but feelin great after it!! It was a warm eve in the box 😀
