Back squat was ok today for a change.
WOD was difficult and did AMRAP instead and managed 4 rounds and 2 hpc with 35kg
Couldnt do any pull ups at the end. will have to go back to the negatives 🙁
Dont think I have green for tomorrow but Im delighted I can get the WOD at 10am cause thought I was missing it 🙂
Emom for first round, thought “okay this isn’t too bad I can do this…” then swiftly changed to amrap at the end of round 2!! 🙂

Well done on the du Maria. Great progress! 4 rds even with just 30kg. Was about all I could manage after doing 15.3 at lunch! Did last Wednesday’s strength work as hip was a bit sore to squat

That was yuck!! Got 6 rounds done.. Burpees were a killer :-/
Tough one today, I got through the first three rounds with 45kg but shoulders were smoked after that, finished with 4 rounds + 4 push-press. Good fun.
Done 3 rds for wod. Then went into amrap. Think I’m comming down with something still feel exhausted. Oh well will take it easy tomorrow. Happy paddy’s day peeps.:)
