WOD in 5.30 (I think so) with 25kgs thursters
Ah thanks Vilma. U were great company too. I had fun despite the early start. I did the WOD in 5.25 with 25kg pulling bar from ground. 52.5/53.5 for back squat
Wod 5 min even with 25kg Thrusters I just about managed the 25kg
I think ill struggle to lift my wine glass this weekend after that lol (I might buy a few straws!!)
Finished the WOD in 6.20 with 30kg thrusters & kipping pull ups! 🙂 Have a great weekend everybody!

Got this done in and around 11 minutes. Thrusters are just ugh.
WOD in 5.06 with 30.5kg trusters and ring rows. Was hard work tonight.
Thrusters suck, that is all
7:20 for the WOD with 45kg for the thrusters, got tight near the end.
6.04 with 40kg – gotta love those thrusters
Sorry for late entry that was tough for me wod took 9.14 with 40 on the bar and ctb pull ups. 🙂
