75kg push jerk, need to focus on getting under the bar faster and i could have got more weight. core felt a little loose also.

45kg on push jerk. Not sure about the time for WOD but about 7 and something I think. Really enjoyed the HSPU. Was glad of the mats!
90kg push jerk and 14.33 with HSPU. Shoulder burner! Good to get it done though.
70kg for the push jerk, and 4.45 in the WOD (scaled to push ups/ singles). Great effort to Mark in the 6pm class – HSPUs all the way – superstar
67.5kg on the push jerk, was hoping for a bit more to be honest but still a gain so happy. Did the WOD in 10:30 with strict push-ups and single-unders.
