My WOD was 19:40. Air squats to improve in the future and we all know the front squats will get worse but 55%of 1RM was fine
Did this in open gym today completing in 19:57 with 24kg KBS – nearly killed me after Tuesday & Wednesday’s WODs – managed to get strength back to do birthday Burpees – why can’t I be 21 again Cameron ???

Monday just got worse.
I’m going to do this in open gym on Thursday if anyone fancies it. My body is gone into shock after yesterday and needs a rest 😀

16.49 I think for the WOD with a 16kg kettle bell.
Not bad for first WOD in 2 weeks, might not say that when I have to walk down the stairs in the morning! 16.01 for WOD
