I did this one at home today. 28kg bar for snatches& lunges and all uphill for running!!! 4rds & 10 lunges.
6 rounds + 10 OHL’s.. Factor 50 on today!!

4 rounds & 5 power snatches for me , with snatches @ 30kg and lunges @ 25kg. Hell of a workout in the heat especially those 400m runs. Very sweaty day !!!!
5 rounds and 2 power snatches and I think Im still sweating !!!!
I sweating today just at the thought of it!
Enjoyed it though, did 4 rounds+200m, near killed myself trying to get the final 400m in under the time.
