Oh my god – 34.42 minutes of vomit inducing exercise – started off with 3 reduced height rope climb , then one climb & 2 floor climbs, ended with all floor climbs – who ever upset Edel needs to apologise to her now !!!! ( hats off to superman Sean – all none scaled rope climb (15 of the sods)
Ugh that was tough, done in 30 minutes and about 20 seconds, not entirely sure of the seconds! Struggles with the rope climbs, managed 2 and 1 scaled for the first 3 rounds, then 1&2 and last round all three were scaled, I just really need to practice those more!!!
32.14 I think… For the first time in my life I enjoyed running 😀 it was nice way to cool down and to get the strength back for the ropes, lunges and C2B 🙂
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I can barely move today with zzzz pain and this looks like “fun” – NOT!

A long 36 and something. But did workout as prescribed. Slow. Excuse was burning rope climbs. Couldn’t psyche myself up in between them . Ouch

That was a tough workout 🙁 managed it in 30.03 🙂 scaled to one rope climb and 2 floor climbs per round 🙁 I’ll deff feel this tomorrow.
