35kgs for 5RM & completed WOD with 40kgs on the bar! Yipee!!! 🙂
Got 30kg for my floor press 5RM…..Happy with that as 28kg was my 1RM.
And got all 5 rounds complete in WOD using 27.5kg for the cleans.
37.5kg for 5rm. Wod completed with 38kg and double unders and normal push ups -ooops not getting any medals for my listening skills today!!!
30kg for 5RM. Got the 5 rounds done for the WOD with 32.5kg on the bar for the cleans.
82.5 kg 5RM floor press
WOD completed with 60 kg on the bar (Edel would not believe I had a sore lower back, she is a harsh marker)
Enjoyable one this evening, I think it helped that I missed Monday and Tuesday.
