Managed 42.5kg on the strict press , and sweated my way through the 3 rounds of the WOD completing in 9.02. Off to buy a skipping rope and get some practice in !!
Really enjoyed the class again tonight. Did the strict press at 25kg.
WOD in 8.47 with 25.5kg. First time using 16kg for goblet squat and I found those so tough but glad I did it.
Did singles for WOD but kept practicing doubles after and managed to get 12 in a row!!!!
got a new PB in the strict press 46kg BOOM 1kg extra.. i found todays workout a killer, shoulders are killing me finished in8:50 with 40kg push press
20KG for Strict press sets – those spaghetti arms get me every time.
WOD in 7:59 lifting 15KG and 12KG kettlebell. Thank f*** for skipping. 🙂
25kg for strict press.and WOD in 7.48 using 25.5kg for push press and 16kg kettlebell.
40kg for the Strict Press.. WOD in 7:40 with 40kg Push Press, 24kg KB and 36 Tuck Jumps!!!
Very disappointed with myself tonight
Only managed 27.5kg for strict press which was less than my 3RM.
Wod was done in 7.36 with 27.5, 16kg kb & 112 singles.
Not a bad day, got the 38.5kg, was a bit uneven on the last few reps. The workout took me 9:07, used 30kg for the push press, 20kg for the goblet squats, and hundreds of bloody single-unders. Compared to Monday and Tuesday it was almost lovely!
6.28 for workout. Glad today is a rest day!

I did this workout in the very slow time today (thurs) of 12 minutes. I couldn’t work out how to do the goblet squat!!
