Crossfit Sligo meets Sligo Athletic Club. Tough one today but glad of the 2 min break between each run. Best 400m 1.41. 800m in 3.55.
What a giant pain in the ass/legs and arms that was!!! Got weaker on the strict press @ 21KG (gonna put it down to over indulgent weekend 😉 )

Run Forest, run. 75kg strict press with sets of 12 and 13 reps on push-press. 1:21 quickest 400m and 2.47 for 800m. Good test

good workout. Got 27.5kg for my 3rm in strict press, and got 14 + 14 in the push press.
Best 400m was 1.31 and 800m was 3.29.
Best 400m was 1.39, 800 was 4.00 even. It sucked but I’m loving the endorphins now!
Think that mobility WOD might tomorrow come in handy, my legs were still fecked from Monday and I just walked downstairs sideways 🙂

Did 40kg for the 3RM, and managed 13/9 for the push press max reps. Best 400m was 1:40, 3:55 for the 800m, did the level 1 course 🙂
65kg x 3 on the strict press along with reps of 12 and 10 on push press. 1.19 best time on 400m and 3.00 on 800m. Onwards and upwards!
45kg 3RM Strict Press… Max Reps of 15 & 12 for Push Press.
Best effort for 400m was 1:05 and 800m in 2:51!!!
27.5KG for strict press… Got 6 and 6 in both max reps!!! Quickest 400m was 1.34 and 800m in 3.47!! I was gettin dizzy with Taz overtakin me 😀
50kg for strict press.
Quickest 400m was 1.22 got much slower after dat but a gud workout.
