Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
12 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
15 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
21 handstand push-ups
9 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.
Men clean 85KG.
Women clean 57.5KG.
Scaled
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 push presses
10 cleans
Men push press 45KG. and clean 52.5KG.
Women push press 30KG. and clean 35KG.
Bleurgh. 68 reps scaled, first round was fine, in the second round the 9th push-press suddenly felt very heavy, and couldn’t get the last rep. After that I struggled through the push-presses, I might have done better had I broken them up from the start. Well done everybody this morning, best of luck to the rest of ye.

70 reps scaled.. Arms and shoulders felt good but my grip was shot!

3 reps, weight was to heavy for my tiny a#s#. Warmed up to 80kg couldn’t manage 85kg. Happy that i tried. Have a target that i can aim for now. Have a good weekend guys
Well Done on the WOD everyone, especially all those who went rx , brilliant work. I did the scaled WOD with 115 reps thanks Natalie for only giving me 5secs rest and making pick back up the bar 🙂
