43.5 1RM floor press 5 + 12 HRPU Did singles for 3 mins but stopped for 30-40secs trying to get DU…still on my to do list!!!! Not even ONE Grrrrrrrrr

37.5kg for the floor press. For the WOD 6 rounds & 6 sit ups!! The weighted sit ups were a killer! Did 182 double unders.

Got 80kg for my 1rm floor press. 5 rounds and 6 weighted situps for the WOD with the 15kg plate. Finished with 30 double unders.
