So that was a tough one! Had to use 8kg! Complete novice and only for Edel I’d have quit at 40. Time was 29.34. I hope that workout is shelved for a while 🙂
I’ll type this up before my hands stop working. I think my time was 28:10, was a bit dizzy leaving so not sure if that’s right. 70 reps with the 20lb ball, the rest were with the 14 lbs. It was tough catching the 20, I had to do snatches one at a time from the ground, it wasn’t until I scaled down to the 14 that I was able to do multiples.
I guess the good news is we won’t have to do that again for a while!
OMG that was hard!!!!!!! 19.52!! Let’s hope in a few months/years I might do a bit better!!!!!!!!

Managed my 150 with an 8pound ball…I did 3 wimpy burpees EMOM…in 18.36. I did briefly think I was going to die, but I feel great now. My first Crossfit WOD, thanks guys. Loving the wall slogan too btw.

Well that wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be!!
8lb wall ball & time of 9.58…..oh and I really suck at burpees!!
150 with the 8lb ball in 16:03. Managed 5 burpees most minutes, with the odd 4 thrown in. Found it so tough to reach the target!
That was tough had to scale it at 150 with 8lb ball in 11.05 and 3 burpees every min on the min but have to say the warm up was the hardest UGH!!!!!!
A very tough 16.30 tanks to all the guys of class 7pm to 8pm who helped me push out the last 20.
Great workout. Did it in 10:52 with the 14 lbs ball. (all the 20 lbs were gone so will use that next time). Found the burpees worse than the wall ball. Hate burpees!!
