Great day today. Hip (and mind!) felt ready for the 20″ box and I finally jumped on it multiple times since whacking my shin. Did a good few double unders and got my 1rm deadlift up from 71kg to 77.5kg. Feeling good!!!
Did yesterday workout today 2rep max in thrusters was 48.5kg and just missed last set of thrusters in wod at 30kg well chuffed
