Well that was even worse than I thought. Did the second workout first.Only managed 6 rds plus 2 Burpees in that. Found the 75% deadlifts a killer on the hamstrings. I think that means I did them right!
The cluster workout was torturous. It became an amrap very early on and I’m not sure how mny rounds I got – very few I would say! On the plus I was using 25kg for the clusters, up 5kg from last time.
Seriously though, please no clusters any time soon!
A very hot box this eve!!!!! Done deadlifts AMRAP first 7 rounds 5 burpees (I wasn’t thinking straight when I gave my answer to poor cam!) and stoooopid Orla thought the clusters was an AMRAP (need to listen in future) done 5 rounds and 5 clusters! Did I say it was very warm this eve??!!!!!! 😀 😀
Did the clusters with ridiculously light 30kg, and did the floor-rope-pull-up-thingies, so found first half OK. Second half was awful, only managed 4+4 wall balls with the 20lb ball. Still, I managed my first half rope climb, which is progress at least.
Evil , pure evil. Managed 6 rds on the cluster AMRAP , no way this was going to be an EMOM. Tried rope climb failed and did scaled, clusters at 35kg. Second WOD managed 4 rds & 2 Deadlifts @ 85kg. Evil WOD and very hot box – lethal combination
